Autumn Magic in the Sauna

Autumn is the season when the sauna becomes even cozier. Did you know that pumpkin can be used not only in soups or on your table, but also in sauna rituals?

I’d like to share a few recipes for using pumpkin in the sauna – maybe you’ll feel inspired to try them too.
A cozy autumn decoration with pumpkins at the sauna entrance will add festive autumn vibes and warmth.

Everything is made fresh for quick use – best to prepare the same day before your sauna session.


Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp pumpkin purée
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions: Mix the ingredients, gently massage onto the body in the sauna or shower for 5–10 minutes, then rinse with warm water.

Instructions: Mix, apply to clean skin after the sauna, leave for 10–15 minutes, then rinse.
